    HELLO FROM SPAIN "AMIGOS"

    Hello "AMIGOS" from Spain, Europe.

I present you my "AMIGO", Spanish version.
Here it is distributed for SPS. The weapon is received in pieces and is mounted and ended in Spain by the armourers of SPS. The framework, it takes the Philipines and Spanish markings, besides those of the Spanish Test bench.

Also you will be able to see that, in the slide, takes markings different from the version USA.
Ride marked SPS in both faces, "AMIGO" and a nice Mexican hat.

Also the prices are different enough from the USA, the price of item is of 1.100 €. In my case, i requested the stainless version and with sights Novak de Tritium, 400 € more.

Polished the guides, the ramp and all the zones zones of contact and some mechanical and aesthetic changes to the weapon.

Hammer, thumb safety, sear, disconnector, grip safety, magazine release and slide stop, changed for his Infinity's equivalents. All springs are Wilson of the series "bulletproof".

    Grips and screws VZ

Aesthetically, the new pieces, barrel and slide have been treated by Nitride of Titanium.
The frame and the top of the slide, with Nitride of black Chrome.

These treatments, beside protecting of oxidation, provide a few surfaces to except with wears.
I recharge ammunition of 200 and 185 gr, though also I throw some ball of 230.

Since defensive load I take Fiocci "Black Mamba", since legal restrictions exist for the use of HP in my country.

And, it is quite, I wait you like my "AMIGO"

200 gr , is more balanced.
Some 185 simply lack sufficient guide surface to stabilize in such a short barrel .

230, it loses enough speed , both the bullet, and recovery line of sights .

J.M. Browning, 1911 design for a bullet 200 and I do not feel qualified to contradict a genius. I 'm not the united states army with a contract in hand.

I have to upload some photos that allow better see the difference Punches the version sold in Spain . I certainly attracts attention.

I am happy with the overall performance of the weapon, within its limitations barrel length .

But I do not have competition .
Unless you have to compete for my life.

    Re: HELLO FROM SPAIN "AMIGOS"

Thank you very much to all.
For the cordial welcome and comments about my " AMIGO" .

It is not yet fully finished my project and mature some ideas.

Sometimes I have the urge to transform it into a version bobbed hammer and safety grip , for greater comfort carry . Something Detonics style.

I also tempts one arched mainspring .

    Suggestions and opinions are welcome.

Again, thank you very much to all
